My stay at Akti was truly exceptional! The staff went above and beyond, returning the documents I accidentally left behind promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. The heating and air conditioning in the suite were impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment regardless of the weather outside. The spacious sitting area, complete with a cozy armchair, provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the town and castle from the large balcony. The complimentary toiletries were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to an already outstanding experience. Akti exceeded all my expectations, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for its impeccable service and attention to detail.
